   主要的平台就是高通和MTK，主要的作用是下载技术文档、提case、系统学习等

这个账号自己可以申请，一般申请成公司的邮箱，第二天会申请完成

这个账号密码是要花钱买，所以一般是多人使用一个公司的账号

还有一些hisi、展讯等平台，暂不介绍
