SpringCloud Eureka 服务注册与发现
启动步骤
1、启动服务端的 springboot项目
2、启动client的 springboot项目
在maven中， dependencyManagement可以代替parent的功能。所以有时候，springboot项目的pom文件也可以不要parent，直接用dependencyManagement。
