对于之前小程序的优化,解决文件没有需要新建问题

之前的函数没有自动新建文件功能必须有有文件才能正常运行 关于open with中r模式不会建文件,我们只要a+然后再把指针移至开头再read,这样就能读,也不会w模式清空文件 ......
