请高手讲解一下PHP Web services 技术
现在要做一个保险公司对接程序，保险公司给的是一个Web services

我对这个不懂，是不是就是PHP向他们发送一个get请求，然后返回一个xml，我重xml里抓取我需要的数据。

请高手帮个忙啊，谢谢！！！！
