Apache Struts 团队发布了最新的 Struts 2.3.1 GA （正式）版本。

这次发布已经同步到了 Maven repository 中，Group ID为 org.apache.struts。
2.3.x 系列支持的最低规范要求：
- Java Servlet 2.4 and JavaServer Pages (JSP) 2.0
- Java 2 Standard Platform Edition (J2SE) 5.0
