通配符的匹配很全面, 但无法找到元素 ‘context:component-scan‘ 的声明

遇到这样类似的问题：是因为这个spring.xml文件中的命名空间依赖型没有声明完整

1、通配符的匹配很全面, 但无法找到元素 ‘context:component-scan’ 的声明，看自己的的声明少了那一部分，有些xmlns中有，可xsi:schemaLocation中没有。
