android 底部标签栏CommonTabLayout搭建项目底部菜单(带消息提醒)

大家在开发项目的时候,如果新开发一个app,采用这种标签栏模式的产品,需要搭建底部菜单。

实现起来很简单,而且可以有消息提醒功能。话不多说,直接上代码:
