找了网上所有的方法都试了一遍有些方法都解决不成，麻烦问一下大佬们有什么办法吗？
1.heroku run rails console
出现

2.heroku restart
还是没用
3.heroku ps:scale web=0
heroku ps:scale web=1没用
4.log也出不来，这种怎么办啊
