问题：tomcat启动不起来，而且还没有详细的报错信息，这就很烦

解决办法：在 WEB-INF/classes目录下新建logging.properties文件，添加如下内容就可以看到详细的报错信息了：

org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].level=INFO   
org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].handlers=java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler
