解决办法如下：修改conf_files目录下php.ini中allow_call_time_pass_reference = on即可。

如果你找不到php.ini的位置 好了 绝招来了
在根文件夹下建一个 phpinfo.php 文件 在里面输入如下代码

php.ini位置,iis+php一般位于 c:\windows\php.ini
而apache+php一般是 php-apache2handler.ini
