macOS使用bits/stdc++.h

解决方案

安装gcc/g++,获取安装路径

## brew install gcc(安装了Xcode的跳过此步，并且启动过Xcode__第一次启动下载插件)
gcc --version

添加文件到安装目录的include下

注意：必须是你自己的安装目录！！！

cd /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin
cd ../include
## create bits directory in there. use sudo if permission issues
sudo mkdir bits
cd bits
## stdc++.h 内容见下面
sudo vim stdc++.h
