昨天分享过一个js标签云代码的特效,今天这个标签云特效是在它的其他上改良了一下,修改了鼠标移上去当前标签固定不动不会在那跟着其他标签一起旋转,这样更加实用与方便。还加上了css3的样式效果也更加的美观。
