解决url后中文参数到后台action乱码问题

例如:
url="searchPeoBySomeWords.do?KeyWord="+escape(escape(obj.value))。

这样“包装”后我们在action中解码,用Escape.java中的unescape静态方法就可解码。

String keyWord = Escape.unescape(request.getParameter("KeyWord")).trim();

这样就可以了。
