• npm  install  @vue/cli
• vue  create  client 
• 前端处理：  client------ > package.json------>  " start" : "npm run server" 
• 后端处理：  
• npm run dev --- npm run server --- nodemon server.js  npm run client  ---  npm start --prefix client ----  npm run start (前端) ---  npm run server  --- npm run  vue-cli-service server
