大体意思如下：

用户可以0.99美元的超低价注册或转移.com、 .us、 .mobi、 .biz、 .net、 .org、 .ca、 .co.uk 和 .in的域名；

仅限新注册或转移域名使用；不能用作续费，也不能批量注册域名，每个账户只能注册或转移一个域名；仅限前7500名用户使用且2010年2月8日前有效；不能和其他优惠共用，不能使用礼品卡或paypal支付。
