Rails 2.3.3 发布

Rails 2.3.3刚刚被发布。

这主要是一个bug修复版本，只有少量的特性加入进来。例如
* decoding backends for faster JSON and YAML libraries
* touch a record's timestamp
* :primary_key and :foreign_key for belongs_to associations

除此之外，并没有其他重要的东西发布。对Rails 3.0, 还要继续等待。
