Windwows 2003防火墙无法启动：错误

由于另一个程序或正在运行的服务可能正在使用网络地址转换组件(Ipnat.sys)，Windows 防火墙无法运行。 

1.打开服务：Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) 服务 弹出错误：

在本地计算机 无法启动Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) 服务.

错误170: 请求的资源在使用中 

 

2.关闭“路由和远程访问” 功能 ，在在控制面板

 

3.重新启动Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) 服务 

4.启动防火墙
