plsql 登录 oracle11 12514 错误的处理方法

每个人安装路径环境可能会存在不一样，仅供参考

        12514：

        存在路径不正确，下面是我的路径  ，其中 d:\hff\install\oracle\ 是安装的路径，配置时  注意小括号的问题，下方红色部分是修改配置的路径。配置完成后，请确认下列服务是否启动。配置完成后可能会出现 01034、27101的错误。请看下篇处理
