zh/reference/filesystem/ini.xml
zh/reference/mysql/functions/mysql-data-seek.xml
zh/reference/session/ini.xml
zh/appendices/ini.xml 内容极多，最后来改
值得注意的是，PHP手册发布的协议由Open Publication License 改为 Creative Commons Attribution 3.0
