jupyter notebook启动错误

显示：OSError: [Errno 99] Cannot assign requested address

解决办法：

• 创建Jupyter notebook的配置文件jupyter_notebook_config.py，在终端中输入：

jupyter notebook --generate-config

打开jupyter_notebook_config.py，修改ip为’0.0.0.0’，修改open_browser=True

c.NotebookApp.ip = '0.0.0.0'
c.NotebookApp.open_browser = True
