推敲造成原因可能由几个可能性
（1）jdk版本不兼容，于是将jdk换成1.8_x64版本的，然后更改环境变量，再次用service.bat install注册tomcat，不成功。
（2）系统本身原因造成（重新系统太麻烦未排除）
（3）Tomcat端口被占用
（4）关闭杀毒软件或者防火墙
