cl.exe 是c++编译器，来自 Visual Studio 下载地址： https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/zh-hans/downloads/

 

 

下载安装后在这里 搜索MSVC 安装截图中的组件即可

 

 

最后一步配置环境变量：

在PATH中添加：C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.16.27023\bin\HostX64\x64

 

退出IDEA后 再进行编译；
