express链接mySQL报错Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client

原因：mysql8默认加密方式不支持

解决方法：

ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY '123456';
